My distinct coaching style allows me to evaluate at a glance my client’s interview skills so we can work together effectively toward successful outcomes.

My background as a recruiter has proven extremely advantageous because I give my clients an “insider’s” look at how companies hire, what makes a candidate outstanding, and how to stand apart from the rest of the herd.

My Approach

I consider myself part interview coach, part mentor, in my approach with my clients. My goal is to make my clients feel confident and well prepared to handle those curveball interview questions, avoid common interview traps, and create positive, lasting impressions with fruitful results. Through in-depth, insightful questioning, role-playing, and honest feedback, my clients learn about their accomplishments and strengths as well as areas where they might be self-sabotaging future opportunities. With empathy, I cultivate trust and confidence in every coaching session and with every client. I want my clients to leave encouraged and ready.
